Family, Systemic & Collective Constellation started as an ancestral healing practice that has since expanded into other realms. As we step into the Knowing~Sensing Field, we explore & clear the depths of individual & collective unconscious patterns. Grounded in the understanding that we are part of a larger whole—a family, an organization, a collective—many issues can be traced back to unresolved traumas & dynamics within these systems. By stepping through the veil, we see, clear & harmonize long-standing influences on people, projects, groups & larger issues in the world. Constellations reveal, release & heal what’s stuck, fostering deeper inner-standing of ourselves & our integral place within a greater whole. This practice can be applied to relational, emotional, physical, financial & other deep-seated issues; past life & soul work; communities, businesses & legal cases; places in nature & land-based projects; societal & global issues; consciousness & cosmic realms, and more.

An Overview of How I
Facilitate Constellation
There are many facilitation styles. Here’s my approach: I begin by privately interviewing my client regarding the issue they wish to explore. Then 6-8 people with no prior knowledge of the issue & often no experience, come together to participate. Participants are referred to as ‘Reps’ as they are assigned to represent various parts of my client’s query. When I constellate, specifics are not revealed to the Reps—they don’t know what they are representing. Reps can stand in as parts of a client’s lineage, aspects of the self, aspirations or blocks, a body part, what needs to be seen, elements of projects & organizations, abstract concepts & larger components. What gets repped depends on the client’s query, but again, my Reps know nothing about what they are repping.
As the Constellation unfolds, I ask Reps what they are noticing. The Rep’s job is to get out of the way & allow themselves to be guided by their intuition, feelings, physical movements & sensations. I like to say: rather than playing a role, they let the role play them. This allows for the emergence of what we refer to as The Knowing~Sensing Field, an energetic space where systemic dynamics become seen & known via the Reps’ direct experience. Without knowing what they are, Reps experience perfectly precise emotions & sensations, transmitting accurately intimate insight that correlates exactly with what the client is seeking. What plays out is remarkable, even miraculous, as the client simply witnesses, often jaw-dropped at the level of authentic insight & veracity.

Phenomenological Mystery
& Time:Space Continuum
The Constellation process brings direct, experiential transmissions of understanding regarding relationships & entanglements within a system. Again, my role is to simply ask Reps what they are experiencing. Occasionally, I offer a light prompt, while reminding Reps that their job is to track the authentic truth & acumen of their experience. As the session proceeds, Reps give voice & bare witness to the emergent flow, rearranging themselves into newly-forming & more harmonious coherence until there is an almost other-worldly presence in the space. The fundamental nature of many generations, lifetimes & timelines can be expressed, leading to insights & a shift in reality for the client & at times even for Reps. In essence, Constellations in a group setting, especially when roles are unrevealed, taps into a deeper, multi-layered, felt-sense wisdom. I’ve worked with hundreds of first-time Reps. 99% drop right in, which adds a layer of magic to this phenomenological mystery. Constellations leverage our collective power to heal individual & shared wounds, providing a potently unique & exquisitely transformative experience that ripples out, affecting positive change well beyond the session.

Longstanding Issues
Results for individuals include: Finding peace & understanding within family systems, discovering hidden strengths & resources, profound shifts in perspective, emotional & physiological healing, improved relationships, greater sense of belonging, clearer purpose & more. It is not uncommon for clients to clear what decades of therapy haven’t & for generational myasms to cease. Estranged relatives reconnect. Long-time ailments clear. Old patterns dissolve. For groups, organizations, teams, projects, criminal cases & more: Systemic dynamics, hidden truths & blocks can surface & clear. Beneficial configurations emerge. It is as if the impulse to do better, be better, flow better is the natural order of things & the grace of the Field simply takes us there. Regarding larger collective, global, planetary & cosmic realms: We gain profound levels of insight by bringing the truth of the matter forward—not necessarily healing, but revealing what is actually happening. Two important notes here: 1) We can only constellate for our own soul vs. the soul of others. 2) What happens is not guaranteed nor immediate. The Field moves how it moves. Yet the results are overwhelmingly positive. 3) The work is confidential & participants agree to this.
